In this release, IAM clients will have a new report that they can create in GRA – Export IAM Data. This report will be under the Integrated Absence Management report group. It includes IAM group data and allows you to select claim/file, & employee contact fields. Report formats available are Excel or Comma Delimited (CSV) format. The Export IAM Data report will have the same drag & drop interface that we released in September 2020 for all the other Quick Export reports in GRA. Making this IAM report very easy to select the claim/file fields and the employee contact fields to include in your report and to arrange them in the output order that you choose. Lastly, you can also define your report output sorting on the same screen.
Also, included in this update are the following GRA enhancements
OSHA link on the Welcome tile will become active. The updated web page provides a snapshot of the OSHA features and a link to the login page to the new OSHA tool for current OSHA clients. Conversion of reports written on old ASP code to the newer code. State Reporting tab – new report types added Diary enhancement will allow clients to Mark Series Complete New Alert – A new/updated Claim Strategy Summary (CSS) Note is entered
